Nineveh Outreach started in 1997 providing groceries to those in need in Modesto. Since that time, Nineveh has added assistance in clothing, medical and dental care, bike repair for the homeless, and services to the youth of our city. Nineveh Outreach has increased from one location to ten locations in five cities in our area.

WIC is a nutrition education and supplemental food program that helps pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children under five to eat well and stay healthy. Program staff provides individual and group nutrition education and counseling; breastfeeding education and support, supplemental foods, and referrals to health care and other supporting agencies.

Medi-Cal is a health care program for needy residents of California. It provides access to a variety of medical services for those who are eligible. C4Yourself is an online application system that allows you to apply for the Medi-Cal Program. This is a secured site and all your information will be private and safe.

CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps) is a nutrition program that supplements a low-income family's food budget in order to ensure they are getting adequate nutrition. CalFresh can only be used to purchase food items and beneficiaries receive benefits electronically on a Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. C4Yourself is an online application system that allows you to apply for the Food Stamp Program. This is a secured site and all your information will be private and safe.

The Community Services Agency (CSA) carries out its mission through the operation of approximately 72 social welfare programs. Key programs include Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, In-Home Supportive Services, CalWORKs, CalFresh, Child Care, Medi-Cal, and General Assistance.
